Event of the Year

I couldn’t believe we were doing this again. We were planning to host another big event with our family and friends. It’s become known as the event of the year. My husband and I both love hosting and saying no or taking the year off just is not in our nature. This year’s party coincides with a very big NFL football game so my husband is in charge of checking out Direct TV packages and dealsto make sure we have the game on for the party. I on the other hand, I am in charge of the menu and I decided if I was going to do this again, I was going to wow the crowd. I planned out an Asian inspired menu and table settings. My husband and I will spend the next week shopping for great supplies and rounding up hired help. With all there is to set-up and clean-up, staff is important so the family and friends can focus on what matters, not the dirty dishes. No wonder everyone loves these parties. They are always new, exciting, and unpredictable.
